Kaos GL has announced the schedule of the 7th International Meeting against Homophobia.
 
In the program of 7th International Meeting against Homophobia; “Forum against Borders”, “Media-Communication Forum”, “Comrade Forum”, “Urban Forum”, “Forum of Lesbian and Bisexual Women”, “Anarcho-Queer Forum”, “Anti-Militarist Forum”, “Forum against the borders for Refugees”, “Students Meeting”, “Poet Arkadaş Z. Özger Meeting” and “Manhood Forum” take place.
 
Meeting will start with the May 1st March, the feast of freedom, and will end with “March against Homophobia and Trans-phobia”.
 
Fighting against sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination, Kaos GL organizes International Meeting against Homophobia on every May 17th for the last 7 years.
 
Participants of 7th Meeting
 
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT) individuals, organizations and different societies as well as local and foreign academicians, representatives of women organizations, lawmen, journalists, artists, writers, representatives of non-governmental organizations and politicians will participate in the Meeting against Homophobia and Trans-phobia as every year.
 
International participation from 5 countries
 
In addition to participation of Iranian LGBT refugees; academicians, politicians and LGBT activists from Russia, Hungary, Germany and Norway will also participate in the Meeting against Homophobia. 
 
Academicians from 14 Universities
 
Academicians from 14 universities as Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine Arts, Ankara University, Cankaya University, Hacettepe University, Artvin Coruh University, Yildiz Technical University, Baskent University, Ege University, Galatasaray University, Middle East Technical University, Abant Izzet Baysal University and Gazi University will participate in 7th Meeting against Homophobia.
 
10 Organizations Supported, Kaos GL Coordinated
 
Ankara central activities of Meeting against Homophobia organized by Kaos GL will be executed with the contributions of Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Center of Human Rights, METU Political Sciences, METU Sociology Society, Faculty of Political Sciences Students Solidarity Association, Pink Life LGBTT Solidarity Association, Kaos GL Education Committee, Freedom to Earth Association, Amnesty International Turkey Branch and Ecology Collectivity.
 
Activity Places of the Meeting
 
Central activities of 7th Meeting will be executed in METU Central Campus, Ankara University Cebeci Campus as well as eight different locations in Ankara.
 
Activities of the Meeting will be executed with the spatial supports of METU Central Campus, Tayfa Café, Kaos Cultural Center, Aylak Yasam Culture House, Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Center of Human Rights, Chamber of Electrical Engineering, Roxanne Café, Ecology Collectivity, The Union of Turkish Engineers and Architects Chamber of Architects Ankara Branch and TAKSAV.
 
The concerts of 7th Meeting Against Homophobia will be hosted by Nefes Bar and parties will be hosted by Sixties Club.
